Shipping Info: The goods will be delivered by a shipping company of Tresor's choice. The shipment is at the expense of the customer and will be indicated on the customer's invoice. Orders are dispatched within 4 working days.

The last day for fulfillment shipments before the Holidays is Wednesday, Dec 20th 2023. The first shipping day in the new year will be Monday, Jan 8th 2024.

If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund outside of our responsibility, please send it to the above address and kindly confirm the reason for your return. Shipping costs for returning the item for exchange will be charged.
